His expertise spans kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodeling & renovation, where he is known for his meticulous attention to detail and passion for custom finishes.

Over the years, Shannon has led and completed numerous standout projects, including the 3510 Edgewater Dallas whole-home remodel, a custom exterior patio with an outdoor pizza oven and pergola, and multiple luxury kitchen remodels featuring imported materials and handcrafted cabinetry.

For Shannon, remodeling is more than construction — it’s personal. His very first project, a custom redwood deck built for his father, inspired his lifelong dedication to excellence. Shannon works closely with his son, Logan O’Brien, who has been full time with the company for the past five years and now serves as second in command. A Texas Tech University graduate and skilled carpenter, Logan leads the crews with professionalism and craftsmanship. He shares his father’s passion for quality and enjoys golf, classic rock, and LP vinyls.
